Arianna Howard

Arianna discovered the world of EHS technology while auditing EHS programs and saw how powerful it could be when paired with deep domain expertise. With a background spanning EHS, IT, Army leadership, and digital strategy, she focuses on helping organizations work better and faster by building systems that fit real operations, not just compliance checklists.

Known for listening first and coaching clients to become more confident with data and technology, she brings a hands-on, people-centered approach that ensures solutions stick and deliver meaningful safety and business impact.

TJ Armic

A former U.S. Navy Industrial Hygiene Officer, TJ combines industrial hygiene expertise, systems administration, and project management to deliver practical EHS technology solutions. With experience implementing and configuring a wide range of EHS platforms, he translates technical complexity into tools that improve safety, compliance, and efficiency.

Known for connecting equally well with executives and frontline teams, he ensures technology works for the people who depend on it.
